Special Assistance Network attends seminar on "The Truth about Medicaid Planning"

The Special Assistance Network attended a seminar on “The Truth about Medicaid Planning” sponsored by the Hoyt & Bryan Law Firm in Orlando, Florida. The seminar discussed Medicare eligibility vs. Medicaid eligibility as a crucial step in protecting assets and obtaining and/or securing various governmental benefits. Many Special Needs individuals have one or both programs and the Special Assistance Network tries to keep up on all the ever-changing rules and regulations governing each program in order to assist it clients properly.
