Special Assistance Network attends seminar on "Advanced Trust and Estate Planning in 2025"
The Special Assistance Network was pleased to attend a seminar on “Advanced Trust and Estate Planning in 2025” sponsored by Legal Education CLE. The seminar discussed the latest concepts in the area of trust and estate planning and how Medicaid/Medicare Planning is important when dealing with family members in the current changing regulatory environment. There was discussion on the various types of Wills and Trusts that can be beneficial for individuals in a family that may need protection from outsiders and adverse family members, Special Needs Trusts, various irrevocable trusts, and asset protection. This information was helpful in advising our clients with Special Needs and the individual dynamics that occur in many families that the Special Assistance Network advises.
