The Special Assistance Network (SAN) is an Internal Revenue Service authorized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization that accepts charitable contributions at any time of the year.
All charitable donations are received by the Special Assistance Network and a proper tax receipt is issued to the contributing party for tax purposes.
All contributions go directly to the mission of the Special Assistance Network, which is to assist Special Needs families and their loved ones with assistance, guidance, and proper administration of a Special Needs Trust where a family member is usually the trustee. The Special Assistance Network works with all outside advisors to the family and will guide the families through the various and ever-changing rules and regulations of Special Needs Trusts.
